Vineyard :

The CHAVET family has been growing wine since the 17th century, in the very heart of the Menetou-Salon vineyard and has succeeded in developing a unique know-how. The company is now spread over a 23 ha wide estate and has invested in modern devices in order to meet with the new demands and standards. Yet, our passion has remained untouched and we are still proud to produce a high-quality wine in the respect of nature and tradition. Limestone and clay - kimeridgian, 25 years old vines. Average yealds : 63hl/ha max. malolactic fermentation 100%.

Traditional process in termo-regulated tanks, slow fermentation at low temperature .

Tasting Note :

Color:Very crystal clear and bright. Pale golden color with green reflections
Nose:Vegetable nuances of broom, hawthorn, apple, pleasant notes of white flowers and apricot
Palate: Intense, this wine develops gradually its curvature and its freshness in a harmonious balance. Very good obstinacy in mouth

Serving Temperature :

Between 8°C and 10°C

Food Association Advice :

Can be as an aperitif, sea food, river fishes, goast cheese until poultry

Preservation :

Drink within 6 years, aromas will get more complex
