Vineyard :

The Domaine des Ouches is a small family owned estate (17 ha) located for 8 generations in Ingrandes de Touraine the Bourgueil Appellation (AOC). Gravel soils. We produce several varieties of red wines by separating our different kind of terroirs. We also offer a rose wine that underscores other aspects of our grape varieties: the Cabernet franc. The harvest is manually done enabling us to select the best grapes. Our wines from the coteaux are growing in oak barrels in beautiful cellars dug in the famous tuffeau of the region.
